Tours en Finca Don Tavo
In Villa de Don Tavo we allow sharing activities typical of a small farm producers, from a horseback ride around admiring of nature to experience milking a cow and visit the mill to learn the process used to extract the honey sugarcane.
We offer a tour of the dairy farm, where we provide a technical explanation of the handling of animals, food, marketing, production, pastures and even milking a cow.
This tour is suitable for young people in schools and colleges. Also for families who want to know the daily workings of a dairy, and the entire production cycle and animals at different ages.
To ride the Tour, if you want to rent horses guided in our farm, where visitors can spot the coffee, fruit trees, forest and pasture along the river and the mountains.
This service is offered every weekend. They are half-hour short walks within green spaces which houses the restaurant.
We have at your disposal a Trapiche Tour that produces sweet consumed in the restaurant for the family and a little more for sale, where visitors can relive the true traditions of our ancestors
