Requirements to obtain the “Tourist Declaratory”

“Tourist Declaratory”: is the act by which the Tourist Board’s management declares a company or activity as tourism-related, after complying with the technical,
economic and legal requirements mentioned in this regulation and respective manuals.

Any hotel,information booth, travel agency, airline, transport (aquatic or terrestrial), tourism office, restaurant, amusement center, night club, etc.  should have a tourist declaration, and it should follow the procedure described here:
