First of all, what is the Southern part of Costa Rica like? The word that best
describes the southern Pacific area of Costa Rica is, “contrast”,
in one moment you can be in high in the mountain tops where it’s chilly
and foggy, and 40 minutes later be sunbathing on a tropical Beach.
And with these contrasts, you can enjoy the variety of activities that can
enjoyed in this range of climates, among which are:

You can relax on a secluded Beach, take a swim in small surf or hunt for big
waves if you enjoy surfing. Take a day to go sport Fishing or Scuba diving,
observe whales and dolphins or turtles laying their eggs, and take part in a
project for the conservation of turtles. Or just kick back in a hammock among
the palm and almond trees on a tropical Beach, take a kayak tour to explore
the Beaches and rocks, or even camp on the Beach and spend a night listening
to the surf. If you would like to plan your trip, I can help with more information,
