From Uvita to Zancudo:
You have to take the bus to Villa Neily, then take a Bus to Zancudo.
There is a bus from Villa Neily to Zancudo, it leaves at 2 pm. to Laurel, then at 4 pm leaves to Zancudo and arrives around 6 pm.
From Canoas there is a bus to Golfito at 9 am, and take (at noon) a Taxi-boat (in Samoa Hotel) to Zancudo ($6).

Zancudo to Uvita:
At 5,30 am the bus leaves (in front any hotel in Zancudo), this bus go to Golfito, then once in Golfito you have to take the Bus to San José (Tracopa) at 5am, or you can take a bus to Rio Claro, and in Rio Claro take the bus to Uvita that departs in Villa Neily.

Or you can take a taxi-boat at 7 am in the Zancudo Public Deck.
