The master suite has the top level of this three level residence. The room is equipped with a king size bed, ceiling fan, ceiling cove and new air conditioning unit. Sliding glass doors open onto a private terrace with a tiled pool - a perfect place from which to watch the spectacular sunsets of Manuel Antonio. The bathroom has a spa tub, tiled shower, a large bathroom and walk-in closet with a safe for valuables.

Guest Suite
The spacious guest suite is located on the ground floor of the house and is also equipped with a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and private terrace - it overlooks the jungle. A sofa bed and a futon fit comfortably in the spacious bedroom and the bathroom has a tiled shower large.

Living Area
The property is located on the second floor of the house with a beautiful view of the ocean and rainforest. A leather sofa and a recliner around a coffee table beautiful hand crafted and is a comfortable place to listen to radio, watch TV or movies on the DVD player.

Dining room
The lounge and dining room with the second level of the house. Ceiling fans and air conditioning cools this level of the house as well, although tropical breezes often enough to ensure comfort. Large windows provide natural light and enhance the open floor plan.

The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances (coffee maker, dishes, gourmet cookware, toaster oven, wine glasses, pressure cooker, etc) to make a meal at home or entertaining guests simple and easy. The breakfast bar with seating for four people, directly adjacent to the dining area with seating for eight people. The teak dining table made locally beamed ceiling complements the teak. The spacious terrace off the living area is a wonderful place to have a coffee in the morning and watch the local wildlife.
