Rentals are generally by the week, but, if available, this house can be rented on a daily basis - min. 3 days - All prices are set for groups of 8/12. Maximum occupancy is 16 people.

Reservation terms - Hotel : To book please clik on reservation form. We will need a Credit Card Authorization signed. - Casa Pura Vida : 50% deposit for booking , 50% remaing 30 days prior to arrival 50%.

Cancellation terms - Hotel : If reservation is canceled within 15 days prior to arrival, we charge for one night. No refund for no- show on arrival date or cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival .Does not apply for Peakseason , full prepayment for reservations necessary, and no refund for cancellations - Casa Pura Vida : 60 days prior to arrival ,500$ refund on Booking Deposit ,after 60 days prior arrival no refund.

Rates include - typical breakfast,free Internet wireless, daily maid service and Pura Vida.

Extra services - free internet and laundry services available at reasonable rates.
