Coffee Tour

In the Coffee Tour you will observe the whole process of making coffee.
 

 

• - Collect the coffee (if harvest season): The seasons are caught or gathered from August to January or February and January to March. In those seasons is the collection process at the farm, you can see how many employees work in the farms and the ways in which the coffee is measured and trading.
• - The process of crushing: This is the extraction of the coffee bean, this requires peeling and get the golden grain, you will see a traditional process of crushing.
• - Drying: We are follwing an African proccess, and we will help you understand the importance of drying and see the process.
• - Peeling: Peeling is the process immediately before roasting, in order to remove the dry skin to ensure a higher quality end product.
• - Roasting: In our farms is a light roast, in order to obtain the highest quality.
• - Grind: After roasting machine using a scale that allows grinding coffee beans and get the coffee powder.
• - Packaging of Coffee: The coffee packaging is done in the same place, with special bags for coffee.
