Hotel El Mono Feliz is a small family hotel, nice, quiet and clean.
The Dutch owners of the hotel will do everything to make you feel comfortable.
The hotel will be an excellent starting-point for all the sights in the direct surroundings, but also a place to relax after all the daily troubles at home, lying in a hammock near the swimming pool.
The hotel has a tropical garden, where you can enjoy the beautiful flowers, trees and many beautifully coloured birds. Bird watchers will love this garden. Near the swimming pool a hammock invites you to take a well-earned siesta. On the large veranda you can relax in the shade. You can take a walk in the back garden, where you will see a lot of palm trees and tropical plants.
Two streams cross the terrain and at the end of the garden you will reach the river. The hotel is a starting-point for all kinds of activities: enjoying the beaches, discovering wild animals and natural beauty in the different national parks, horseback riding, visiting the most beautiful waterfalls in Costa Rica, canoeing at see or on the river, boattrips in the mangroves, sea-fishing on a boat, discovering the underwater world while snorkelling or scuba diving, a boat trip to one of the islands off the coast, in short: there are a lot of opportunities to discover the country!
