Set high on a ridge overlooking the mouth of the Terraba River and the grand Pacific beyond, our new bed and breakfast focuses on aquatic adventure. The multi-story lodge, with its graceful arches standing grandly in the jungle, has five nicely decorated rooms, with private tiled baths and lovely verandas. There is also the "Bamboo Room", furnished with a more exotic flare.
The views of the river and sea are spectacular, and there are lots of cool ocean breezes to keep away the heat, along with our long pool, ideal for laps and deep water running. There are spacious tiled verandas to enjoy the surrounding landscape and a high lookout tower for especially stunning panoramas.
In keeping with our theme of "Where the Adventure Begins", we offer several exciting tours. We also offer deep water running classes, and invite our guests to begin their day early in the morning with a jog through the village, down dirt roads, before the day's heat begins. We have come across white-faced monkeys and scarlet macaws on some of these jogs. The pace is comfortable and relaxed. Afterwards, a dip in the pool and a healthy breakfast!

High Season rates run from mid-December through the end of April.
