Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival – 100% refundable
Cancellations made 30-89 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation penalty, however the penalty amount may be applied to a future rental within 1 year of the date of cancellation
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation penalty. 50% of the penalty amount may be applied to a future rental within 1 year of the date of cancellation
