With an early start in the morning, and a stop for breakfast, we will go to one of two rivers (depends on the levels of the campaign, and water) or Coto Brus River (class III and IV) to the south or Savegre River (Class II and III) to the north. You will eat lunch at the river. After a good day of paddling, return to your hotel in the afternoon ready to rest, relax and recharge your batteries. Afternoon on your own. (Transportation, lodging, breakfast and lunch included).

Costa Rica is one of the best places in the world for rafting. The rainforests form heavenly rivers that are excellent for this sport. We choose rivers without dams for a natural ride. The rivers’ spectacular scenic beauty and tranquility combined with emotions and adrenaline making it the perfect balance for a pleasant descent.

The rivers that we run are good for beginners as well as experts. Some of them where you can enjoy great adrenalinoa are:

GUABO RIVER:
Class II and III. Half-day rafting adventure. The descent starts on the San Juan de Dios valley and it ends at Dominical beach. The Guabo River has a lot to offer, such as exuberant vegetation, mystical canyons and an exciting descent. During the run of 8 miles (13 km) you will have the chance to hike waterfalls, enjoy its richness in wildlife and unique scenery. You will have the opportunity to feel the rush and adrenaline that white water rivers offer. Along the rafting trip we will make a stop where you will have lunch and a chance to enjoy the beauty of the canyon.
From 8:00 am to 2:00pm.
Ages: 11 and over.
Includes: lunch, transportation, professional equipment and lots of fun.
Requirements: Participants must know how to swim, have the abilities to walk in slippery or unstable places and paddle.

COTO BRUS RIVER:
Class III and IV. Full day rafting adventure. It is a fun run for the adventurous traveler. The Coto Brus River is known for its beautiful scenery, exciting rapids, the greenness that surrounds it and the diversity of wildlife that you can find on it. Since other boaters are rarely found there, it is a virgin river for rafting. It is simply an unforgettable adventure. Along the river we will make a stop where you will have lunch and a chance to rest so you can be ready for more action.
From 7:00 am to 5:00pm.
Ages 13 and over.
Includes: Lunch, transportation, professional equipment and lots of fun.
Requirements: Participants must know how to swim, have the abilities to walk in slippery or unstable places and paddle.


SAVEGRE RIVER:

Class II and III. The Savegre River is considered the most pristine river in Costa Rica. It is the perfect rafting river for families and young kids. Its rapids are lots of fun. During the descent you will have the chance to enjoy the canyons, waterfalls, and tropical scenery. Along the run we will stop to enjoy the waterfalls and have some lunch.
From 7:30 am to 3:30pm.
Ages 8 and over.
Includes: lunch, transportation, professional equipment and lots of fun.
Requirements: Participants must know how to swim, have the abilities to walk in slippery or unstable places and paddle.
