Special Meal package

For $ 28.00 (+tax) you can choose for our excellent special meal package, which includes lunch and dinner.

Dinner includes an appetizer, a supper and a dessert. If you want, you also can choose our Daily Special. Both meals have to be consumed at the same day and must be ordered, up front, at the reception desk.
Terms and Conditions

- Low season: from May 1  - December 14
- High season: from December 15 - April 30. without including the period of Easter, Christmas and New Year. -Easter, Christmas and New Year period: from April 01-April 08 2012/ from December 24-January 04.
- During the weeks of Easter, Christmas and Years end, we charge 15% higher rack rates.
- Prices include a Tipico Costarricense breakfast for 2.
- Children under 5 free of charge when sharing room with parents (no extra bed).
- For an extra person in room please add $7.50 + tax (13%)

- Seven consecutive nights: 10% discount - Fourteen consecutive nights: 15% discount
- The taxes will be 13% on all hotel rooms, these are not included in the prices stated above.

In case of cancellations of reservations, Hotel Villas Rio Mar handles the following policy:

1) Cancellations 22 days or more before arrival date 0% of total amount.
2) Cancellations between 22 and 15 days before arrival date 50% of total amount.
3) Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival date 75% of total amount.
4) Cancellations between 7 and 0 days before arrival date 100% of total amount.
5) In case of ‘No Show’ 100% of total amount.

Change in Arrival/Departure Date:
In case of a change in the arrival / departure date of an reservation, Hotel Villas Rio Mar will, in accordance with the guest, see if a date change is possible, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. If there is no space to change the arrival date, the cancellation policy as described above will be handled.

About Dominical

At the present time, in town and the surrounding area, many hotels, bars, and restaurants are being built. Almost any business that meets the demands of the local and foreign community grows quickly.

Dominical Beach is famous for its surf, and on any given day you will see local “surfistas” as well as foreign surfers hunting for perfect waves or just hanging out in a very relaxed atmosphere. Dominical is recognized by the surfing community at the world level and every year local and international surf championships are held here.

Another nice feature of Dominical is the wide lake that has formed at the outlet of the Barú River, where you can fish or swim. Many also take a boat or go tubing down this calm and clean river. It is about 4 to 5 km long trip and gives one a chance to relax and observe the beautiful flora and fauna that abounds here.
