Location
Villas Rio Mar is situated 21 miles (35 km) south of the city of San Isidro del General on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica and about 25 miles (40km) from Quepos, a short distance from the town of Dominical and his amazing beach. The trip is approximately 3 1 / 2 hours from San Jose, fully paved road, through stunning scenery, passing through several micro climates and diverse flora.

Special Meal package
For $32.00 (+tax) you can choose for our excellent special meal package, which includes lunch and dinner.
Dinner includes an appetizer, a supper and a dessert. If you want, you also can choose our Daily Special. Both meals have to be consumed at the same day and must be ordered, up front, at the reception desk.
Terms and Conditions
- Low season: from May 1 - December 14, 2015
- High season: from December 15 - April 30. without including the period of Easter (March 29th until April 6th) , Christmas and New Year (December 24, 2015 until January 4, 2016).
- Children under 5 free of charge when sharing room with parents (no extra bed).
In case of cancellations of reservations, Hotel Villas Rio Mar handles the following policy:
- High & low season: FREE CANCELLATION 72 hours before arrival (arrival is: 2 pm on the arrival date of the reservation). The first night will be charged when cancelling within 72 hours before arrival. The full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of now show;
- Peak season: FREE CANCELLATION 5 days (120 hours) before arrival (arrival is: 2 pm on the arrival date of the reservation). The full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of now show.
Change in Arrival/Departure Date:
In case of a change in the arrival / departure date of an reservation, Hotel Villas Rio Mar will, in accordance with the guest, see if a date change is possible, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. If there is no space to change the arrival date, the cancellation policy as described above will be handled.
