Situated on a ridge 100 ft above the Pacific Ocean, this 18,000 sqft family estate provides a tropical ambiance unequaled in Central America. The estate draped by

jungle-covered mountains affords unsurpassed vistas across the Pacific to the Osa Peninsula. Watch groups of pelicans darting above the crashing waves of Playa Dominical, marine life from humpback whales and dolphins. Concrete walls and gated entrance provide unsurpassed security and privacy. The surrounding jungle is passable only to white-faced monkeys, sloths, and toucans. The estate consists of five separate buildings: the principal living area w/ 25 ft ceilings houses the kitchen, indoor dining and living rooms. A large terrace covered by a palm-thatched palapa adjoins this building and offers open-air dining and living areas. A two-story structure with wide covered terraces contains 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, all with ocean views. The master bedroom is adjoined through a walled garden with 2 additional bedrooms.

2007 rates:

$ 8000.00 per week January 15 - April 15
$ 5500.00 per week April 15 - June 01
$ 6000.00 per week June 01 - August 31
$ 5000.00 per week September 01 - November 01
$ 5500.00 per week November 01 - December 15
$ 9500.00 per week Christmas and New Year
$ 6500.00 per week Thanksgiving

Rates are for 1-12 persons. A surcharge may apply for groups larger than 12. A 50% deposit is required when reservation is booked. The balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Additionally, a security deposit will be charged. The amount will vary with the size of the group. The security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 60 days of departure, less charges if applicable for international telephone calls, losses or breakage not considered normal wear and tear.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Linens provided. Telephone. Computer with ISDN fast internet connection. Jacuzzi.

Fully equiped modern kitchen with refrigerator, cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. The kitchen and pantry have sufficient supplies to serve dinner to 25 people. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Eight bedrooms and sleeping loft - 1 king size bed, 8 queen size bed, 6 banco type sleep sofas. House sleeps 18 - 23.

Six baths. Full time staff of three that live in casitas on the property.

1400 sq. ft. infinity swimming pool.
