Situated on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean five kilometers south of Dominical in Punteranas, Costa Rica, this villa offers visitors tranquility, privacy, and, luxury as well as convenience to the best of everything the country has to offer. Fine beaches abound that provide world class surfing, and quiet splashes in the shallows as you walk the miles of sand at the water’s edge.  Fishing opportunities range from deep-sea forays for tuna and billfish to surf fishing for snook and red snapper, and fly casting in the many rivers for trout and bass. Baru Nature Reserve features guided tours through primary and secondary forests as well as zip lines that allow you to ride safely over the canopy. A delightful waterfall and pool, less than five minutes from the villa, invites swimming in a quintessential Costa Rican location.

If your idea of vacation is cold drinks by a pool, Pariaso Pacifico is an ideal destination. The house was designed with five bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms to accommodate up to ten people in privacy and comfort. It combines the service of a small hotel with the intimacy of a villa.  Daily housekeeping and continental breakfast are included in the rental fee. Full service catering can be made available if you wish, but good restaurants in every price range are readily accessible. Some are not to be missed.

A studio apartment above the garage can provide a sixth bedroom for larger parties or a romantic spot for a couple.

We can arrange transportation from San Jose by an experienced driver if you wish, or you can arrange a connecting flight to either Quepos or Palmar Sur Rental cars are available at the airports as well as in Dominical. The house manager will provide any concierge services that you might need.

Weekly Rates:
Holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving):$6000.00, $1000.00 studio.
High Season (December 15-April 15): $5000.00; $600.00.
Green Season (April 15- December 15) $4500.00; $600.00.
