Tour description:

1st day:

Welcome lunch for after having the afternoon off and on at night dinner respectively.

 

2do. Day:

Breakfast, Tour Whale and Dolphin Watching-Isla del Caño.

 

As we know a trip to Drake Bay is not complete without a visit to Caño Island, which has recently become one of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. Just 12 nautical miles off the coast of Drake Bay, Cano Island is both a biological and archaeological reserve. The waters are generally clear and warm most of the year and there is a lot of marine life in general, the things that can be observed

in both diving adventures as snorkeling are: sea turtles, large schools of fish, reef sharks, manta rays, sea turtles, starfish, tropical fish and many, including the king angel, moorish idol, puffers, surgeons, snappers , barracudas, barberfish, parrot, damsels and a variety of eels are hidden around the coral lined rock formations and you better add the sighting of whales near the island where you can possibly listen to the whales "singing" when you snorkeling ...

 

Basically the tour departs at 7:30 am from the Bay to begin a sea adventure in search of these wonderful cetaceans besides these fantastically beautiful humpback whales can find common species of spotted dolphins and bottlenose dolphins and other marine mammals.

 

After 3 ½ hours of observation of cetaceans moved onto Cano Island. Upon arriving at the island we will stop for snorkeling which lasts approximately 45 minutes, do the snorkeling near the island where the calm, crystal clear waters are home to a wide variety of marine life such as large schools of fish, sharks Whitetip Reef, and as noted above.

After visiting the snorkeling point proceed to go to San Josecito Beach where you will enjoy a delicious picnic style lunch, where you can swim, walk and even snorkeling again.
